CONNECT in Christ

THIS is the place to be on Sunday mornings.

At 11:00 a.m., high school students head to the Upper Room (up the stairs at the main entrance, under the steeple) for our youth service.

There, through student-led worship, relevant teaching and lively group discussion, they encounter God in a way that really makes sense to them.

At 9:00 a.m., our high school students have two opportunities:

Attend the service in the main Worship Center (an awesome chance to bring our energy downstairs and show the "grown-ups" how it's done!) Join Ryan, Chelsea and some other youth leaders in the far, front rows of the auditorium.
Attend a Study Group, either in the Upper Room (designed for students) or in the Discipleship Wing (with adults). Our offerings are posted each semester; sign up for the one that excites you the most.

Each month we do something fun and exciting for you and your friends. Make sure you check the news feed and sign up. Be sure to grab a permission slip.

Mission Trips

Each summer, W.H.Y. student ministries goes around the world on various mission trips.

Project Serve trips are excellent ways for incoming 8th graders through graduating 12th graders to give themselves away, serve the less fortunate, grow in their own faith, and create experiences they'll remember for a lifetime.

We offer domestic and international service trips during Spring Break and throughout the summer. The trips are usually one to two weeks in length and involve a 6 month commitment for preparation, fund-raising and team-building.
