Vacation Bible School

For kids: Preschool and Elementary

Usually taking place the third week in July, our annual VBS is one of the highlights of our kids’ summer. Typically, we have upwards of 350 kids here for five days of ridiculous fun, hearing Bible stories, playing games, singing exuberant songs and generally having a blast. Parents, relatives and friends are invited back to the church Friday evening for a wrap-up party.

Music Camp

For kids

The other must-do event of the summer (usually first week of August) is Music Camp, where campers actually take part in producing a musical, which is then presented on the Friday night of camp in front of hundreds of audience members. During the five days of camp, kids rotate through sessions on choreography, set design, games and Bible study.

Family Fall Festival

Families with kids of all ages enjoy food, games and general merriment at this fun event, which takes place at the end of October each year. Kids come in costume and collect candy while enjoying all the fun.

Eggstravaganza!

Gather the family and join us for a massive Easter Egg Hunt (usually the Saturday before Easter), with games and fun for all.  The day includes a time where our pastor will give a short message about the significance of Jesus’ resurrection.

Breakfast in Bethel-hem

Start your holiday season off with Breakfast in Bethel-hem. This is a morning of celebration of the best gift of all - Jesus! After a full hot breakfast, we have a family craft and a time of worship through music, drama and reading God's Word.
