March 1 Update:  We canceled Wednesday's Prayer Night due to the weather, BUT we did not cancel praying for the persecuted Church. Instead, we've posted a list of prayer points so that people can pray whenever they'd like.

Many are meeting Jesus in Iran and Israel. What can we learn from our brothers and sisters as they step out on a limb to call others to meet Jesus?

Our prayer for the upcoming Church in Action Week is that as we seek to meet Jesus and encourage others to meet Him here in Connecticut - we might learn from and be encouraged by our brothers and sisters in the Middle East, specifically Israel and Iran.

With the help of those joining us, we'll explore what it looks like to minister to people of other faiths, live for Jesus even when it's tough and pray more specifically for our brothers and sisters facing persecution in other countries.

After Church in Action Week, during the March 4 service, we will be making our Church in Action Promise commitments - a commitment to give to Church in Action through the year to support what God is doing here and around the world.
